Making an appointment
In our practice, we treat all patients regardless of their health insurance and insurance class. You can make an appointment, call or write an email directly online. Patients who have a family doctor model (HMO model) are asked for a referral from the family doctor.
An examination or consultation appointment takes about 30 minutes. The examination is usually carried out in a left-sided position and no preparations, especially no laxative measures, are needed.
Referrals
Patients, regardless of their insurance class, can be referred at any time by phone, email, fax or mail. The referral should include the following information: last name, first name, date of birth, contact details of the patient and diagnosis. By doing so you help us to make the appointment process quick and easy.
Note:
Reports that are sent directly to the patient in paper form or as an email, as well as the response to all emails, will be billed as a telephone consultation at cost.
